Q: What is the school’s policy regarding phone calls and staying in touch with students?
To ensure a healthy balance between student independence, structured routines, and parent communication, we follow a clear phone call policy:
Initial 14-Day Adjustment Period: No phone calls are permitted during the first 14 days after admission to help students adapt smoothly to the residential environment.
Scheduled Calls: After the initial 14-day period, each student is allowed two calls per week.
Calls are facilitated through the student's Dorm Master or Matron.
Calls can only be made to two designated individuals nominated in advance by the parent or guardian.
Only one contact person can be called on a given day.
Parental Updates: Parents can contact the respective Dorm Master or Matron anytime between 7:00 AM and 10:30 PM to check on their child’s wellbeing or receive general updates.
General Inquiries: Additional information and administrative support can be obtained by contacting the main office or school principals.
