Q: What is the policy regarding parent visits, phone calls, and purchasing items for students?
We aim to make the transition into residential school life as smooth as possible while providing clear procedures for visiting and providing personal items for your child.
Initial 14-Day Adjustment Period: To help new students adapt seamlessly to the residential environment, no visits or direct phone calls are permitted during the first 14 days following admission. Parents can check on their child's well-being by contacting the respective Dorm Master or Matron.
Visiting Days & Scheduling:
Sundays are free days for students, making them the recommended and most convenient days for visits.
If you wish to visit on a weekday, you must inform the school administration in advance to ensure the visit does not disrupt academic or co-curricular schedules.
Sending Packages: Essential items or personal belongings can be sent directly to the school via courier service, and our staff will deliver them to your child.
Personal Shopping Assistance: If a student needs to purchase personal items, parents can notify school officials and provide the necessary funds. School staff will accompany the child to local stores to purchase the required items safely.
