At Regency, our primary objective is to pave a fast-track expressway for young minds, enabling them to excel in their Ordinary Level (O/L) and Advanced Level (A/L) examinations at an accelerated age. Our story began on February 11, 2006, with the establishment of the ICST in Ambathenna, Kandy. Founded with a vision to make the children who are full of skills striving to win the new world like gems and become grate in the world at a young age, the institute quickly gained a reputation for academic excellence. Driven by a rapidly growing student community and the trust of parents, we successfully expanded our footprint in 2010 by opening our first branch in Matale, marking the initial step in our journey towards becoming a premier educational network.
